RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT
Reservations are accepted online through the booking page on our official website. You can check availability and rates, then complete your booking directly.
You may pay in advance by credit card, or on site by cash or credit card. Depending on the plan, the timing of payment may differ.
Cancellation fees follow the cancellation policy of each plan. Conditions vary by plan and by booking site, so we recommend reviewing the terms shown at the time of booking.
The Kyoto City Accommodation Tax is collected separately at the front desk upon check-in. The amount is set per person, per night, according to the room rate. For current rates, refer to the tax schedule published by Kyoto City.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 12:00 PM.
We may be able to accommodate your request, depending on availability. Contact us in advance and we will do our best.
If you expect to arrive late, we ask that you let us know in advance. Reservations without notice of late arrival may be cancelled.
We are happy to hold your luggage at the front desk, both before check-in and after check-out.
ROOMS & FACILITIES
Every room has its own indoor bath. Depending on the room type, an open-air bath and sauna are also available.
Complimentary Wi-Fi, television, refrigerator, safe, hair dryer, yukata and towels, and a sencha and coffee set, among others.
This varies by room type, with a maximum of 4 guests per room. For details, see the room listings.
Children are welcome. Rates and arrangements vary depending on age and whether a child shares a bed, so we ask that you contact us before booking.
The entire property, including all guest rooms, is non-smoking. A designated smoking area is available on the rooftop.
LOCATION & OTHER
The nearest station is Gion-Shijo on the Keihan Main Line, about 10 minutes on foot. Routes by train, bus, car, and from the airport are detailed on our Location page.
We do not have private parking. If you are arriving by car, paid parking lots are available nearby.
Yasaka Shrine, Kennin-ji Temple, and Hanamikoji Street are all within walking distance, along with the many landmarks of Gion and Higashiyama. Between your moments here, discover the depth of Kyoto.
