Formation of ReservationThe accommodation contract is formed when, following the customer’s completion of the reservation process, the Company issues its confirmation, either by displaying the reservation completion screen or by sending a reservation confirmation email.
Cancellations and ChangesCancellation fees and changes are governed by the cancellation policy displayed on each accommodation plan page. Cancellations or changes to the number of guests made after the specified deadline will incur the applicable cancellation fee.
* Accommodation services constitute the “provision of services” under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions and are not subject to the cooling-off period (unconditional cancellation).
